Youth Court staff members benefit through the relationships established with youth, and by providing the support and linking them to service that young people need to succeed.
Jurors and respondents benefit as well. These young men and women experience powerful civic engagement, and they take tremendous pride in helping each other and becoming stakeholders in their community.
Communities interested in sponsoring a Youth Court can benefit by establishing an arena where youth can build on their strengths, by increasing and promoting positive participation and synergy.
The contributions of Youth Court participants do not go without reward. Jurors participating in Youth Court earn the opportunity to enhance their learning and development.

Respondents who successfully complete Youth Court are strongly encouraged to continue their participation as volunteers. Volunteer jurors earn one Time Dollar for each hour of service. For 50 hours as a juror, they earn rewards and incentives.
